Profile

Dr. Vincent joins Nura as a clinic physician with more than 10 years of experience in family medicine and primary care. In his role, he will see new patients in the clinic to evaluate and develop a complete understanding of their health and pain journey. From there, he will work with our advanced practice providers, physical therapists, and behavioral psychologists to create a comprehensive care plan that sets the patient down a path of pain relief. Before Nura, Dr. Vincent spent several years at the HealthPartners White Bear Lake Clinic treating patients in primary care and at the urgent care.

Dr. Vincent believes that chronic pain is a deeply personal experience — a complex constellation of symptoms and emotions unique to each individual. His approach begins with truly understanding each patient’s medical and psychological history to gain insight into their pain journey: where they’ve been, where they are now, and where they hope to be.

By taking a comprehensive, multifactorial approach, Dr. Vincent works to enhance quality of life and improve long-term management of chronic conditions. His clinical focus centers on treating the whole person, recognizing that every area of pain is connected to a larger picture of health and well-being.

Hobbies/Special Interests

In his spare time, Dr. Vincent stays busy with his family – wife and two young children and their various activities. He also enjoys cooking, reading, hiking, walking, and is now learning T’ai Chi.
